The linked publication run completed with a synthetic witness. A separate release readback matched the OAC Space payload bytes to Forge and observed the exact source in the running Space. /readyzREADY and/api/build-infosource234a2dfb4c511318febfd20ca2f695fa9cb2ea8c. - Healthy and degraded synthetic scoring probes passed; a clinical-like input field was refused without an echo. These are bounded test cases, not a patient-data trial.
The checks do not establish clinical validity, device safety, customer workloads, production authorization, continuous uptime, or today's mutable demo state. A private laboratory-approved device/LIS integration and site validation are separate work.
