Each asset's subsystem health is inferred from real telemetry (signal freshness, kinematics, anomaly), not fabricated sensor data. Hack / spoof detection runs through the Λ-gate (advisory, Conjecture 1): anomalous tracks get flagged and a signed receipt is emitted. The governed command console emits a real CoT/TAK-format command through the command → Λ-gate → signed-receipt loop — the governance loop is real and live; the effector link is a command demonstration (a11oy does not pilot real assets).

Why it matters: every autonomous engagement carries court-admissible cryptographic provenance — governed-provable AI de-risks ROE / liability exposure and turns "trust us" into "verify the receipt."
