The wires above are the live mesh; these are the versioned, numbered rules the organism is wired to obey. Each rule links to where its enforcement can be observed — a live endpoint, a receipt surface, or an honest DECLARED label when the property is build-time. One rule is special: it is never provable, and the constitution says so.
